Charles Andy Fleming DVM is the owner of the practice. He has 25 years experience and a focus on feline health. He studied at the University of Parma in Italy. He has worked at mixed small animal practices in the Rochester area and then began working at Cats Exclusively. Andy has owned Cats Exclusively since 1994.
Michelle Robinson DVM is an experienced and enthusiastic feline practioner who has come to work with us from her home state of Utah. She studied at Colorado State and graduated in 2006. Michelle came to New York with her husband, a radiologist, and her cat and horse, Gooey and Midnight. She now has another cat and horse as well. Michelle is certified as a veterinary acupuncturist. She is a wonderful and refreshing addition to our staff.

| Dave Strassner LVT
Dave Strassner has been a Licensed Veterinary Technician in New York since graduating Magna Cum Laude with an AAS in Veterinary Science Technology from the State University of New York at Delhi in 1995. Strassner took on a leadership role while at the university acting as the Vice President of the student chapter of the New York State Association of Veterinary Technicians. He also spearheaded a wellness program with the local humane society.
Strassner has worked for 14 years at Cats Exclusively Veterinary Hospital in Pittsford, New York. While working at Cats Exclusively, Strassner has developed a strong interest in feline medicine with a particular interest in dentistry and critical care. He currently is Senior Technician and Facility Manager.
Strassner has also worked for Astra Pharmaceuticals as a consultant in their pathology department at their Research and Development Plant in Rochester for several years. He also gained additional experience in managing critical care patients while working as a Technician for two years at Veterinary Specialists of Rochester.

Rachel Centner LVT
Rachel and her husband Jimi live in LeRoy NY with their two cats, Sebastian and Ivey, their dog, Ginger and their chickens. She graduated from Medaille College in 2003 with an associates degree in veterinary technology. After working briefly at a dog and cat practice, she started working at Cats Exclusively in 2004.

Melinda Kelsey Receptionist
Melinda and her husband Rob live in Macedon, NY. They have 3 cats, Maple and Shadow and Parrot, 2 birds, Max and Stewie, and fishes. Melinda graduated from Oswego State College in 1992. She volunteers with Sample Soap, providing toiletries for the needy of Rochester. Cats Exclusively is a collection point for Sample Soap. Melinda also works with Guiding Eyes for the Blind raising puppies. Melinda has worked as a veterinary receptionist since 1996 and has been with Cats Exclusively since 2004.

Kayla lives in East Rochester with her 4 cats; (Tweak, Mushie, Puff, & Igor) and her fiance Ryan. She is currently finishing up her Technician Degree online with Penn Foster College. After about a year and a half in a mixed practice, she came to work at Cats Exclusively in October 2007.
